Worthen Industries has been combining Chemistry, hard work and close customer relations since the 19th century. Union Paste Company (Upaco) has the longest history dating back to 1866, and since that time many capabilities have been added through acquisitions, such as New York Laminating Company (Nylco), and through equipment investment. The wide range of industries served, manufacturing techniques, and talented personnel gives us the ability to follow a solution to where ever it may lead rather than tailoring a solution to capabilities.
We realize that customer relationships are essential to our success, and we strive every day to not only meet our customer’s needs and expectations but to surpass them. Even though we span many industries and business segments we still operate with a small company mentality that no job is too small and a customer’s problems are never taken lightly.
