The Sampson's Rib Group Offers a wide variety of rib styles ranging from the standard width of 1.0 inch (25.4 mm) to a width of 1.25 inches (31.75 mm). We provide rib with filler gauges from 2.0 to 3.5 iron with heights of 7/32" (5.56mm) or 9/32" (7.144 mm).
All rib styles can be pinked and nipped. As needed, we work with our clients to develop specialty rib products with varying strength, flexibility, and in different budget ranges.

SPECIAL OPTIONS:
N option=The outer margin can also be nipped with cuts an 1/8" apart at half the width of the margin to provide flexibility for the various curves of the insole.
P option = Each style can have the inner margin slit with a pinked edge for flexibility during the laying process.
Q option= A taller rib height by 1/16" of an inch to 5/16".
NOTE: This will decrease the inside margin by 1/16" on each of the above variations.
TWILL option= Our standard textile is a 7.5oz PC Duck, but we also offer an 8.6 oz PC Twill for flexibility during laying process.
Outer Margin = The outer margin width can be customized from 1/8" to 1/4".
